Our Mission

Supporting faculty excellence through streamlined appointments, evaluations, and academic advancement. We aim to foster transparency, equity, and efficiency in faculty processes while upholding the University’s commitment to truth and service.

What We Do

Faculty Affairs operates within the Office of the Provost and Chief Academic Officer. Our work includes:

  • Managing faculty appointments and reappointments
  • Providing oversight for faculty promotion and tenure processes
  • Coordinating evaluations
  • Providing guidance on academic policies and compliance
