Diplomat in Residence

John Dinkelman is the Diplomat-in-Residence for the D.C. Metro Region. Mr. Dinkelman is responsible for the Department of State’s outreach and Foreign Service recruitment for Washington D.C., Maryland, Delaware, West Virginia, and northern Virginia. This residency is located in the Ralph Bunche International Affairs Center.
