About the Academic Innovation Fund 

The Academic Innovation Fund provides financial resources to seed the development and implementation of innovative academic programming and projects at Howard University. This will include both direct resources, as well as in-kind support from the Office of Academic Innovation. The Office of Academic Innovation will oversee the Academic Innovation Fund and facilitate the creation, advancement, and implementation of innovative, contemporary, interdisciplinary, and inclusive educational experiences for students, faculty, and staff.

• New Centers and Institutes
• Online Learning Course Redesign
• Innovative Pedagogical Strategies
• Mini-Grant Proposals
• Student Proposals and Sponsored Project Opportunities
• Staff Project Proposals and Professional Learning Opportunities
